Capt. Nanang Fauzi.MMar has 15 years of senior officer
experiences on several passenger vessel , Bulk
carrier , tanker vessel, AHTS with Indonesian and
foreign company. He has a keen sense of cruise line
and hotel recruitment needs and his wide network
of contacts within the hospitality industry both
domestic and foreign have enabled him to grow
Mahkota Oceania Indonesia into one of the most
respected recruitment agencies in Asia.

Commencing operations in 2009, we place well
over 1000 candidates per year to our various cruise
line , Tanker, Bulk Carrier , and off shore clients, and
also reprocesses all hired candidates in corporation
with all our client partners for their return
assignments.
